These terms apply to use of the Ox Research Labs website and to any purchases you make through it. By using the site or placing an order you agree to them.

Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to create an account or place an order. Orders are subject to our research-use policy, which forms part of these terms.

Orders, pricing, and availability

Prices are listed in US dollars and may change without notice. Availability is subject to stock; we may cancel or refund any order at our discretion, including for reasons related to compliance, payment verification, or lot availability.

Payment

Online checkout is not yet enabled. Until it is, orders are placed by email to orders@oxresearch.com or in person. Accepted payment methods are communicated on a per-order basis.

Shipping, risk of loss, and returns

Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. Returns are accepted only for unopened product within 14 days of delivery and must be authorized in writing in advance.

Account security

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential. Notify us at security@oxresearch.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — trademarks, typography, photography, copy — is owned by Ox Research or our licensors. You may not reproduce or redistribute it without written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ox Research Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced to the email address on your account, if you have one.
